These vegan protein bites are delicious and easy to make. I like to meal prep these protein bites to have during the week as a quick and easy snack. This is the perfect snack to have before or after working out, for work, or whenever you’re want a fun treat.

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats: The first ingredient you need to make these delicious vegan cake batter protein bites is rolled oats. This recipe calls for 1 cup rolled oats.
  • Peanut Butter: The next ingredient is peanut butter. Some of my favorite peanut butters are Krema and Smucker’s Creamy Natural Peanut Butter. Peanut butter helps the protein bites stick together and adds the perfect peanut flavor. I used creamy peanut butter for this recipe, but feel free to use crunchy peanut butter instead.
  • Vanilla Protein Powder: The next ingredient you need is vanilla protein powder. I used Orgain’s vanilla protein powder for this recipe. They have so many different flavors, and it’s also a vegan protein powder. This recipe calls for 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (23g).
  • Maple Syrup: You also need 1 tbsp maple syrup for this recipe. I like using maple syrup in my dessert recipes because maple syrup is very sweet.
  • Rainbow Sprinkles: The next ingredient you need is rainbow sprinkles. I used 1 tsp of sprinkles, but feel free to add as many sprinkles as you want. I love sprinkles and they’re fun to add to any dessert.
  • Vanilla Extract: The next ingredient you need is vanilla extract. This recipe calls for 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Almond Milk: The final ingredient you need is almond milk, or a nut milk of your choice. I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

These protein cake batter bites are also no-bake, meaning they don’t need to be baked in the oven. Let them chill in the fridge for about twenty minutes and enjoy!
