- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp rainbow sprinkles
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Preheat oven to 350°
Blend 1/2 cup rolled oats in blender to form oat flour
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl: oat flour, baking soda, and protein powder
Combine wet ingredients to a seperate bowl: maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and almond milk
Slowly fold dry ingredients in wet ingredients
Fold in sprinkles
Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray
Make eight cookies
Bake in oven at 350° for 13 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
