Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/2 tbsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1-2 tbsp mini marshmallows (vegan)

Instructions
 

  • Blend rolled oats, baking powder, banana and nut milk in a blender to form a flour-like consistency
  • Pour oat batter in a microwave-safe bowl
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips and mini marshmallows
  • Heat in microwave for 60 seconds
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
