Vegan Peanut Butter Donuts

How to make delcious dairy-free peanut butter donuts that are soft, moist, and delectable.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 3 tsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and almond milk in one bowl
  • Slowly fold in oat flour
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips
  • Bake donuts in donut maker (3-5 minutes, depends on your donut maker)
  • Enjoy!
