- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup (plus more for the topping)
- 1/4 banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350°
Blend the rolled or quick oats, cinnamon, nut milk, pure maple syrup, baking power & banana in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour your oat batter into an oven safe baking dish
Gently fold in the raisins
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Add toppings and enjoy!
