Vegan Chocolate Protein Pancakes

How to make these delicious low-sugar chocolate protein pancakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk (nut milk)
  • 1 tsp vegan chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender: oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, banana and almond milk
  • Blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
  • Lighty grease a pan with olive oil
  • Form six small pancakes on pan
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
