Plug in cake pop maker and let it heat up
Blend 1/2 cup oats in nutribullet to make oat flour
Combine oat flour and cocoa powder in one bowl
Mash banana and place in seperate bowl
Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and almond milk together
Slowly fold in wet ingredients to dry
Fold in mini chocolate chips
Use 1 tablespoon measurer to measure out cake pops and fill in cake pop maker
Bake for about 5-6 minutes (depending on the cake pop maker you own)
Melt two tablespoons chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl for about 45 seconds or until melted
Cover twelve cake pops in chocolate
Let freeze in fridge for about fifteen minutes
