Vegan Cake Batter Protein Pancakes

Delicious and healthy low sugar cake batter pancakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 3 tbsp Simple vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled or quick oats, Simple vanilla protein powder, baking powder, nut milk & banana to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Mix in the rainbow sprinkles
  • Lightly grease your pancake griddle (I used my Dash mini griddle)
  • Cook each pancake for 1-2 minutes (recipe yields 6 small pancakes)
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
