- 3/4 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Add all ingredients to a food processor: frozen banana, raspberries, chia seeds and almond milk
Blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
Pour smoothie in a bowl and add all of your favorite toppings
