Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor: frozen banana, raspberries, chia seeds and almond milk
  • Blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
  • Pour smoothie in a bowl and add all of your favorite toppings
  • Enjoy!
