Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft and gooey vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp applesauce
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Preheat oven to 350°
Add dry ingrdients to a large mixing bowl: whole wheat flour, oat flour and baking soda
Whisk together wet ingredinets in a separate mixing bowl: creamy peanut butter, pure maple syrup, apple sauce and almond milk
Fold wet ingredients into dry ingrdeints until you have a sticky dough
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Fold dough into 8 small cookies (note dough is sticky so you may have to use flour to fold dough into cookie shapes)
Add mini chocolate chips to each cookie
Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350°
Let cool and enjoy!
*The dough is pretty sticky, so you may need to add flour to your hands when forming the 8 cookies
