Vegan peanut butter and jelly baked oats for one.

- 1/2 cup rolled or instant oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 banana
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp frozen blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350°
Blend your oats, baking powder, banana & nut milk in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour half of your oat batter in an oven-safe baking dish
Add your peanut butter and frozen blueberries
Pour the remaining oat batter in your baking dish
Top with frozen blueberries
Bake in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
