- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp truvia
- 2 mini candy canes
- 1/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine dry ingredients to one bowl: whole wheat flour, oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and truvia
Combine wet ingredients to a separate bowl: vanilla extract, creamy peanut butter, applesauce, and nut milk
Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Spray a brownie pan with olive oil spray
Add brownie batter to pan
Sprinkle vegan chocoalte chips and crushed candy cane on top
Bake at 350° for 13 minutes
