Sweet and fluffy chocolate chip pancakes.

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 banana
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
- 2 tsp chocolate chunks (vegan)
Blend the rolled oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form a flour-like consistency.
Combine all dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: oat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder
Whisk together all wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl: banana, pure maple syrup and almond milk
Slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients
Fold in the chocoalte chips/chunks
Bake your pancakes using a pancake maker or a skillet
Add your toppings and enjoy!
