- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- dash salt
- dash pepper
Preheat oven to 350°
Rinse the chickpeas in a strainer
Combine all seasonings to a bowl: garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper
Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking pan
Add rinsed chickpeas to the baking pan
Add seasoning mix to the chickpeas
Slowly drizzle olive oil on the chickpeas
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
