- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries (about 8 cherries)
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
- 1 tsp mini semi sweet vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (I used Hershey's unsweetened dark cocoa powder)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Toppings
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 tsp mini semi sweet vegan chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350°
Blend your rolled oats, banana, pure maple syrup, baking powder, cocoa powder, frozen cherries & nut milk in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour your batter in a an oven safe baking dish
Add your frozen cherries and mini chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 350°
