- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 medium banana
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Simple Plant Protein Powder)
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350°
Add the rolled oats, banana, vanilla protein powder, baking powder & nut milk ngredients to a NutriBullet or blender to form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour the cake batter into an oven safe baking dish
Mix in the rainbow sprinkles
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Add your toppings and enjoy!
