Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (Simple Plant Protein Powder)
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Add the rolled oats, banana, vanilla protein powder, baking powder & nut milk ngredients to a NutriBullet or blender to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Pour the cake batter into an oven safe baking dish
  • Mix in the rainbow sprinkles
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
  • Add your toppings and enjoy!
