Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Add your rolled or quick oats, baking powder, almond milk, and banana to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Cook your pancakes on a griddle (I used my Dash mini griddle)
  • Cook each pancake for around 2 minutes
  • Add your desire toppings and enjoy!
