- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Simple Orgain Plant Based Vanilla Protein Powder (37g)
- 1/4 cup creamy salted peanut butter
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp nut milk (unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°
Blend rolled oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form oat flour
Combine oat flour and protein powder in a mixing bowl
Combine nut milk, pure maple syrup and creamy salted peanut butter in a separate mixing bowl
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients until you form a sticky dough
Place dough in a brownie pan
Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of the dough
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350°
