- 1 cup chopped golden potatoes
- 1 cup chopped tofu
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- dash salt & pepper
Cut golden potatoes into cubes
Cook potato cubes in the microwave for 4 minutes
Cut tofu block into cubes
Cut zucchini into small pieces
Add potato cubes, tofu cubes and zuchinni cubes to a pan
Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt and pepper to the pan
Stir to combine
Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes
