Potato tofu scramble made with spices and delicious seasonings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chopped golden potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped tofu
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped zucchini
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • dash salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut golden potatoes into cubes
  • Cook potato cubes in the microwave for 4 minutes
  • Cut tofu block into cubes
  • Cut zucchini into small pieces
  • Add potato cubes, tofu cubes and zuchinni cubes to a pan
  • Add olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, salt and pepper to the pan
  • Stir to combine
  • Cook on low-medium heat for 15 minutes
