- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 banana
- 1/2 tbsp creamy salted peanut butter
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Toppings
- 1 tsp creamy salted peanut butter
- 1/4 banana
Add the rolled oats, nut milk, banana, baking powder and creamy peanut butter to a blender or NutriBullet and blend until there is a thick and creamy consistency
Pour the oat batter in an oven safe dish
Add the banana slices on top
Bake in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes
Add creamy peanut butter on top and enjoy!
