Vegan egg salad sandwich made with tofu and delicious spices.

- 4.5 oz tofu
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- salt (dash)
- pepper (dash)
Cook tofu on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes
Mash tofu in a bowl into smaller pieces
In a separate bowl, combine avocado, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, turmeric, salt, and pepper
Add avocado and spice mixture to mashed tofu
Spread on whole wheat bread to make a sandwich and enjoy!
