Easy vegan double chocolate chip cookies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: whole wheat flour, oat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder and baking powder
  • Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl: creamy peanut butter, pure maple syrup and almond milk
  • Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  • Fold in mini chocolate chips
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Form six medium sized cookies on baking sheet
  • Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 350°
