Vegan Chocolate Protein Donuts

- 2 scoops Orgain chocolate protein powder (43g)
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 400°
Blend oat flour in a blender to make oat flour
Combine wet ingredients in one bowl (applesauce, peanut butter, and almond milk)
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl (whole wheat flour, oat flour, and protein powder)
Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients
Add chocolate chips to batter (optional)
Bake in oven for 20 minutes in oven
Drizzle or coat donuts in chocolate and add sprinkles (optional)
