Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Easy and delicious vegan peanut butter swirl brownies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp truvia
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine dry ingredients to one bowl: oat flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and truvia
  • Combine wet ingredients to a seperate bowl: applesauce, almond milk, vanilla extract, mashed banana, and peanut butter
  • Slowly fold dry ingredients in wet ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Spray brownie pan with olive oil spray
  • Add mixture to baking pan
  • Drizzle peanut butter and chocolate chips on top
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes
  • Let cool and enjoy!
