Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

A delicious vegan alternative to traditional chocolate peanut butter cups.

- 5 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Melt 3 tablespoons chocolate chips in microwave for 55 seconds or until softened
Thoroughly coat 5 small tin liners in chocolate
Place tin liners in freezer for 8-10 minutes until chocolate is hardened
Mix in 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter with one tablespoon of maple syrup (optional, you don't have to add maple syrup if you don't want to!)
Add peanut butter filling to each tin
Melt an additional 2 tablespoons chocolate chips in microwave for 45 seconds or until softened
Add thin layer of chocolate over the peanut butter
Let harden in freezer for 10 minutes
