Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

A delicious vegan alternative to traditional chocolate peanut butter cups.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Melt 3 tablespoons chocolate chips in microwave for 55 seconds or until softened
  • Thoroughly coat 5 small tin liners in chocolate
  • Place tin liners in freezer for 8-10 minutes until chocolate is hardened
  • Mix in 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter with one tablespoon of maple syrup (optional, you don't have to add maple syrup if you don't want to!)
  • Add peanut butter filling to each tin
  • Melt an additional 2 tablespoons chocolate chips in microwave for 45 seconds or until softened
  • Add thin layer of chocolate over the peanut butter
  • Let harden in freezer for 10 minutes
  • Enjoy!
