Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Combine dry ingredients in one bowl: whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice
  • Mash banana in separate bowl
  • Combine wet ingredients: mashed banana, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree
  • Slowly fold wet ingredients to dry ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Spray muffin tin with olive oil spray
  • Fill muffin tins
  • Bake at 350° for 18 minutes
