How to make super moist and fluffy chocolate chip banana oat protein muffins.

- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (Orgain)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup nut milk
- 1 tbsp chocolate chips (vegan)
- 2 tsp truvia baking blend
Preheat oven to 350°
Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: oat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and truvia baking blend
Mash banana and whisk together wet ingredients in a separate bowl: banana and nut milk
Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
Lightly grease muffin pan with olive oil
Add batter to muffin pan to form 4 medium sized muffins
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of each muffin
Bake in oven at 350° for 14 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
