Delicious vegan chocolate chip banana bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350°
  • Add wet ingredients in one bowl
  • Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
  • Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients
  • Grease a small bread pan
  • Pour banana bread mixture in pan
  • Add chocolate chips on top (optional)
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
  • Let cool in fridge for a few hours (it tastes best chilled)
  • Slice and enjoy!
