Delicious vegan chocolate chip banana bread.

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 mashed bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven at 350°
Add wet ingredients in one bowl
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl
Slowly fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients
Grease a small bread pan
Pour banana bread mixture in pan
Add chocolate chips on top (optional)
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
Let cool in fridge for a few hours (it tastes best chilled)
Slice and enjoy!
