- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat to 350°
Combine wet ingredients in one bowl: peanut butter, vanilla extract, applesauce, almond milk, and maple syrup
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl: whole wheat flour and baking powder
Slowly fold dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Fold in chocolate chips
Grease a small baking pan with olive oil
Pour in cake mixture
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes
Let cool for an hour
