rolled or quick oats

baking powder

banana

cup nut milk
(I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1/4
cup
frozen blueberries
(plus more for the topping)
Instructions
Blend your rolled or quick oats, baking powder, banana & nut milk in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Fold in your frozen blueberries
Cook each waffle for four minutes in a waffle maker (I used my Dash mini waffle iron)
Add toppings and enjoy!
