Vegan Blueberry Waffles

Delicious vegan blueberry waffles made with five ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (plus more for the topping)

Instructions
 

  • Blend your rolled or quick oats, baking powder, banana & nut milk in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Fold in your frozen blueberries
  • Cook each waffle for four minutes in a waffle maker (I used my Dash mini waffle iron)
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
