- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
Preheat your oven to 350°
Blend your rolled oats, baking powder, banana & nut milk in a blender until you form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour your oat batter in an oven-safe baking dish
Add your blackberries
Bake in the oven at 350° for 25 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
