Vegan Banana Dipped Chocolate Bites

A super quick & easy vegan treat to make that takes no time at all.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Slice the banana in small chunks 
  • Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 45 seconds or until softened 
  • Add a banana slice, a layer of peanut butter, another banana slice, and top it off with chocolate 
  • Repeat step 3 for all banana chunks 
  • Place in freezer for 15-30 minutes or until chocolate has hardened 
  • Enjoy!
