Vegan Banana Dipped Chocolate Bites

- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Slice the banana in small chunks
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for about 45 seconds or until softened
Add a banana slice, a layer of peanut butter, another banana slice, and top it off with chocolate
Repeat step 3 for all banana chunks
Place in freezer for 15-30 minutes or until chocolate has hardened
