- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 banana
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°
Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
Whisk together wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl: vanilla extract, banana, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk
Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredinets
Fold in vegan chocolate chips
Lightly grease a muffin pan with olive oil spray
Pour batter to fill 5 muffins on the muffin pan
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
