Lentils
- 1 cup dry lentils
- 3 cups water
Vegan Taco Meat
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- dash salt
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Vegan Taco Meat
Add all ingredients to pan: lentils, cumin, black pepper, turmeric, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, salt, cilantro, spinach, lime juice, and chili powder
Cook for about 10 minutes until all ingredients mix together
Add vegan taco meat to tacos and enjoy!
