- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 tbsp walnuts pieces
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine rolled oats and pumpkin pie spice in a mixing bowl
Add canned pumpkin, pure maple syrup and walnut pieces to oat mixture
Pour pumpkin granola on a baking sheet
Bake in oven at 350° for 25 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
