- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup mashed banana
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine dry ingredients in one bowl: rolled oats, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice
Add wet ingredients: canned pumpkin, mashed banana and pure maple syrup
Add pumpkin oat batter to a baking pan
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top
Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
