Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole wheat pita pocket
  • 1/4 cup chopped tofu
  • 1 tbsp hummus (original)
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp avocado
  • 2 tbsp black beans

Instructions
 

  • Cook the tofu in a pan on low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Add all of your ingredients to your pita pocket sandwich and enjoy!
