Oven Baked Spaghetti Squash

The best oven roasted spaghetti squash.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small/medium spaghetti squash
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • dash salt (to taste)
  • dash pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Poke small holes/slits in the spaghetti squash and cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes
  • Carefully cut the spaghetti squash in half
  • Evenly coat the spaghetti squash in olive oil (1 tsp for each half of the squash)
  • Add salt and pepper to the spaghetti squash
  • Place the spaghetti squash on a baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350°
  • Let the spaghetti squash cool for 5-10 minutes
  • Remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash
  • Enjoy!
