- 1 small/medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- dash salt (to taste)
- dash pepper (to taste)
Preheat the oven to 350°
Poke small holes/slits in the spaghetti squash and cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes
Carefully cut the spaghetti squash in half
Evenly coat the spaghetti squash in olive oil (1 tsp for each half of the squash)
Add salt and pepper to the spaghetti squash
Place the spaghetti squash on a baking sheet
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 350°
Let the spaghetti squash cool for 5-10 minutes
Remove the seeds from the spaghetti squash
