No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 8 pitted dates
  • vegan chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Soak dates for 10 minutes in hot water 
  • Blend dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and peanut butter in a food processor
  • Place in bowl and add chocolate chips as you like 
  • Roll into 10 balls 
  • Place in refrigerator for an hour 
  • Enjoy!
