- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 8 pitted dates
- vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Soak dates for 10 minutes in hot water
Blend dates, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and peanut butter in a food processor
Place in bowl and add chocolate chips as you like
Roll into 10 balls
Place in refrigerator for an hour
Enjoy!
