- 1 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips vegan
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Blend your rolled or quick oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form oat flour
Mix together your oat flour, chia seeds, and semi sweet chocolate chips
Whisk together your coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter & nut milk in a separate bowl
Slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients
Form 12 energy bites
Place your energy bites in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
