Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips vegan
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 tbsp nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

Instructions
 

  • Blend your rolled or quick oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form oat flour
  • Mix together your oat flour, chia seeds, and semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Whisk together your coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter & nut milk in a separate bowl
  • Slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients
  • Form 12 energy bites
  • Place your energy bites in the fridge for 30 minutes and enjoy!
