Homemade Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Soft and fluffy chocolate chip baked oats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips (vegan)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Add your rolled or quick oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, banana, baking powder, pure maple syrup & almond milk to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick & creamy consistency
  • Pour your oat batter in an oven safe baking dish (I used a 6oz ramekin)
  • Sprinkle your dark chocolate chips on top
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350°
  • Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
