Homemade Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Soft and fluffy chocolate chip baked oats.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
- 2 tsp chocolate chips (vegan)
Preheat the oven to 350°
Add your rolled or quick oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, banana, baking powder, pure maple syrup & almond milk to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick & creamy consistency
Pour your oat batter in an oven safe baking dish (I used a 6oz ramekin)
Sprinkle your dark chocolate chips on top
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350°
Add your desired toppings and enjoy!
