Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 3 3/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • dash salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large pot
  • Bring soup to a boil
  • Cook on low-medium heat for 45 minutes or until the lentils have softened
  • Let cool and enjoy!
