Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • dash salt & pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cup onion

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pot
  • Heat on low-medium heat for 45 minutes to an hour
  • Let cool and enjoy!
