- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp walnut pieces
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
Toppings
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 banana
Preheat the oven to 350°
Blend the rolled oats, cinnamon, nut milk, banana, baking powder and chia seeds in a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
Pour the banana bread batter in an oven safe baking dish
Add additonal walnut pieces and banana slices on top
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°
Let cool and enjoy!
