Vegan pumpkin chocolate chip waffles.

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
Blend rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nut milk, canned pumpkin and pure maple syrup in a blender to form a thick and creamy consistency
Fold in mini vegan chocolate chips
Cook waffles in a waffle maker (I used my Dash mini waffle maker and cooked each waffle for 4 minutes)
Add toppings and enjoy!
