Vegan pumpkin chocolate chip waffles.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 2 tbsp canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)

Instructions
 

  • Blend rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nut milk, canned pumpkin and pure maple syrup in a blender to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Fold in mini vegan chocolate chips
  • Cook waffles in a waffle maker (I used my Dash mini waffle maker and cooked each waffle for 4 minutes)
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
