Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1-2 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine rolled oats, baking powder, nut milk and banana to a blender or NutriBullet to form a thick and creamy consistency
  • Fold in mini vegan chocolate chips
  • Cook waffles in a mini waffle maker (I used my Dash mini waffle maker and cooked each waffle for 3-4 minutes)
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
