Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp truvia
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Blend rolled oats in a blender to form a flour-like consistency
  • Combine all dry ingredients to one bowl: oat flour, baking soda, truvia, and cocoa powder
  • Combine all wet ingredients to a seperate bowl: coconut oil, almond milk, applesauce, peanut butter, and vanilla extract
  • Slowly fold in dry ingredients to wet ingredients
  • Fold in chocolate chips
  • Spray donut pan with olive oil spray
  • Make six donuts
  • Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes
