- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp truvia
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350°
Blend rolled oats in a blender to form a flour-like consistency
Combine all dry ingredients to one bowl: oat flour, baking soda, truvia, and cocoa powder
Combine all wet ingredients to a seperate bowl: coconut oil, almond milk, applesauce, peanut butter, and vanilla extract
Slowly fold in dry ingredients to wet ingredients
Fold in chocolate chips
Spray donut pan with olive oil spray
Make six donuts
Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes
