rolled oats

whole wheat flour

vanilla extract

creamy peanut butter

cocoa powder

pure maple syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Blend rolled oats in a blender or NutriBullet to form a flour-like consistency
Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl: oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and cocoa powder
Wisk together wet ingredient in a separate mixing bowl: vanilla extract, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup and almond milk
Add wet ingredients into dry ingredients
Fold in mini chocolate chips
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Form 6 cookies on a baking sheet
Bake in oven at 350° for 10 minutes
