Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups potato wedges
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Combine the potato wedges with the extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
  • Mix thoroughly until the potato wedges are evenly coated in the olive oil and spices
  • Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°
  • Let cool and enjoy with ketchup or hummus!
