- 2 cups potato wedges
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- dash salt
- dash pepper
Preheat the oven to 350°
Combine the potato wedges with the extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
Mix thoroughly until the potato wedges are evenly coated in the olive oil and spices
Place the potato wedges on a baking sheet
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350°
Let cool and enjoy with ketchup or hummus!
