Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Protein Oats

Thick and creamy vegan baked protein oats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp creamy peanut butter (for the topping)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Add all ingredients except the vegan chocolate chips to a NutriBullet or blender
  • Blend until there is a thick & creamy consistency
  • Pour the oat batter in an oven safe baking dish
  • Add the vegan chocolate chips on top
  • Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes
  • Add toppings and enjoy!
