Chocolate Peanut Butter Baked Protein Oats

Thick and creamy vegan baked protein oats.

- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 banana
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp mini chocolate chips (vegan)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp creamy peanut butter (for the topping)
Preheat oven to 350°
Add all ingredients except the vegan chocolate chips to a NutriBullet or blender
Blend until there is a thick & creamy consistency
Pour the oat batter in an oven safe baking dish
Add the vegan chocolate chips on top
Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes
Add toppings and enjoy!
